Once the estimate is approved and the deposit is in, we’ll lock in a date. I usually book shoots 1–2 weeks in advance, but I’ll always do my best to accommodate your timeline, especially for smaller projects or quick turnarounds.

If your project is farther out, we can absolutely make it work — any travel fee will be discussed upfront so there are no surprises.
